Being a client to an advertising agency or pr firm automatically entitles you to keep asking for changes in their campaigns. But it doesn’t automatically qualify you to be right.
In any discussion, debate, brainstorm, argument, or wherever you’re faced with thinking contradictory to yours, pause for a moment and say to yourself: “Perhaps the other person is right” Then think seriously about it.
