It was the Summer of 1991. Lehar Pepsi was coming to Delhi, and the brand needed to make a dent in the market dominated by Thums Up back then. Kapil Dev became the natural choice for a hard hitting campaign to catch the imagination of audiences, and get them to try a Pepsi.
